Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice if you are unable to make it to your pet’s appointment. Please call and let us know if for any reason you must reschedule so we can attempt to rebook. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged 1/2 of their appointment.
Refused Services
It is our top priority to help keep your pet in tip-top shape, however, we are also invested in keeping our groomer safe and giving your pet his/her best experience possible. If we feel that your pet is too nervous or our groomer’s safety is in jeopardy, we reserve the right to refuse service for your pet. If this occurs, you will be required to pay for your full appointment. If you are a new client and want to ensure our groomer is a good fit for your pet, we offer complimentary meet-and-greet appointments that last approximately 15 minutes. This service is offered to let your pet meet Felicia and be sure they are comfortable being handled for your desired services. Please call us to book a meet-and-greet appointment.
